Returns & Exchanges

At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return invoice provided during the online request process.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier or scheduled pickup location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
